U.F.O. TW Won't Stay On? Do You Need the Chest Supporter?
I bought the chest supporter that NLS (the official Japanese online store for RENDS/VORZE) sells for holding the U.F.O. TW in place.
Here's my review: how stretchy it is, how it fits, and more.
It should also help if you can't decide which size to buy.
That said, try the cups on their own first.
If you mostly use it lying down, the suction is strong enough that the cups alone should be fine.
Personally, though, I'd call it a must-buy!
[Which Size?] My Review of the U.F.O. TW Chest Supporter (Sports Bra)
I'm slim — 174 cm (5'9") and 57 kg (126 lb) — and size M fit me just right.
My chest is as flat as a washboard.
When I bought it in March 2023, NLS's product page said “we recommend one size larger,” but in my case that didn't seem necessary. (As of September 2026, NLS's page for the U.F.O. series supporter describes a strapless tube-top style in S, M, L and XL and recommends 1–2 sizes smaller than your usual size.)
Size S would probably have hurt, so I'm glad I didn't buy it.
Then again, a tighter fit presses the cups harder, so the stimulation is stronger — that might be a plus.
It's quite stretchy, so it holds the cups firmly in place.
With a supporter on, I don't have to worry about a cup sliding off and breaking. That's a real relief.

[My Mistake] I Forgot to Order It Together with the U.F.O. TW
Here's how to get it shipped together with your order if you forgot to add it.
If you try to buy the supporter at NLS before your U.F.O. TW has shipped, you'll see a screen like this.
If you contact customer support like this, they cancel the original U.F.O. TW charge and bill your credit card once for the combined order.
I got a reply in under 10 minutes, which was a relief.
If you don't mind waiting, you can also buy it later with the points you earned on the U.F.O. TW (that's how it worked in March 2023).
You can use the points from your U.F.O. TW purchase to buy the supporter, but the downside is that you'll pay shipping.
In March 2023, if you'd bought from NLS before, your member rank often gave you free shipping. As of September 2026, NLS's shipping guide lists ¥590 by Japan Post or ¥840 by Yamato, with ¥590 off on orders of ¥5,000 or more, and I couldn't find anything there about free shipping by member rank.
Buying the supporter on its own also means one more delivery, which raises the risk of someone finding out.
I recommend buying it together with the U.F.O. TW.

Other Ways to Hold the U.F.O. TW in Place Without the Supporter
Leggings
Leggings are stretchy, so you should be able to wrap them around your chest.
Tie the knot so it's easy to undo.
A tank top
A tight, stretchy tank top should hold the U.F.O. TW firmly in place.
If you already own one, try it before buying anything.
And a tank top is nothing to hide if someone sees it, which is reassuring.
Stockings
You can fold a pair of stockings in half and wrap them around your chest.
Don't pull them too tight, though — it can make breathing hard.
This is probably the cheapest and easiest option.
The catch: if you're a man and someone finds them, they're hard to explain.

A wide elastic band
A hair band would probably be too small to hold it in place.
An elastic bandage
An elastic bandage is disposable, so you don't have to worry about getting it dirty.
It's also nothing to hide if someone finds it.
The downside is that it's a hassle to put on, since you have to tie it.
Bandage clips solve that problem.
Soft multi-purpose bandage
A towel
You can wrap a towel around your chest and use it like a bra. It's too hot in summer, though.
Towels aren't very stretchy and often aren't long enough, so I don't really recommend this.
Still, it's a good thing to try if you forgot to buy the supporter.
[Guys, Take Note] How to Wash It Without Anyone Noticing
If you live with family, I recommend not putting it in the washing machine, since someone might notice.
Wash it by hand, quietly, late at night.
Even if someone sees you hand-washing it, it doesn't look like a bra, so it shouldn't be a problem.
When you take the U.F.O. TW off, the lotion on your nipples gets on the supporter and dirties it…
How to Store the Supporter So No One Finds It
This is how I store it — draped over the U.F.O. TW to hide it.
If they're found together, at least the supporter explains itself.
Nobody will mistake it for a cross-dressing hobby.
