The Official Mounts for the A10 Piston SA

The Den-Ona Holder

The Den-Ona Holder (NLS's holder for powered strokers; the name means “electric onahole holder”) is an A10 Piston SA mount that really comes into its own when you're sitting.

You lean against a wall or a chair back and operate the A10 Piston SA from there.

Sitting up in bed works too.

It presses the toy closer so you can go in deeper and really feel the piston strokes.

It's more stable on a hard floor, but your butt starts to hurt.

Put down a futon or cushion and your butt won't hurt, but it's a little less stable.

If you sit on a chair and lean the A10 Piston SA against a desk, it's even more stable and you can really get into the VR video.

If you feel the Stand Basic is too expensive, start with this one.

You can also lie down and hold it between your thighs, so you can get lost in it without touching the A10 Piston SA.

If you have to keep holding it in your hand, you won't be able to come even when you're close.

A mount is a must.

Den-Ona Holder

The Stand Basic

The Stand Basic is a mount that clamps the A10 Piston SA to a desk with a vise-style clamp.

It's more stable than the Den-Ona Holder.

You can also move the A10 Piston SA up and down a bit, so you can set it at the height you like.

But unless your desk is fairly low, you won't be able to bring it down to the height of your penis.

It depends on your desk.

If the desk is too light, it may tip over, so be careful.

You'll need tricks like putting a 2-liter bottle on the desk as a counterweight.

You can use it lying down, so it's a must if you love cowgirl videos like the “ceiling-view” series.

Ceiling-view videos are shot from above, so you can't really watch them unless you're lying down. Otherwise half the realism is gone.

If clamping it on every time is a pain, you might want to buy a desk just for the A10 Piston SA.

That way you can use it whenever you want.

Stand Basic

The Arm Stand

This mount holds the A10 Piston SA in place without depending on the height of your desk.

Its big selling point is how freely you can position it.

But if the base isn't solid, the weight of the A10 Piston SA may tip it over.

One review also said the angle joints move, so it doesn't hold the toy firmly.

That reviewer ties it in place with string to get a firm hold.

It's made of solid material, but it's heavy.

And it costs over ¥10,000 (May 2022), which is a drawback.

The Arm Stand is similar to a monitor arm, and in reviews on Twitter some people had modified one to use instead.

How to Enjoy the A10 Piston SA Without a Mount

Lie on your side and hold the A10 Piston SA between your legs

This is a method many people mention in reviews.

Lying on your back you'd have to hold the A10 Piston SA with your hand, but lying on your side you don't need to hold it at all.

You can also fine-tune the position with your thighs.

If you use the A10 Piston SA under a blanket, it's also harder for family members to notice if they suddenly walk in.

But if your room is on the second floor of a house, you may worry whether people downstairs can hear it.

That's because the vibration travels through the futon to the floor below.

In that case, a mattress plus a futon on top makes it safer.

Wrap the A10 Piston in a blanket as well, and the noise is taken care of.

Use a non-slip sheet so the A10 Piston SA doesn't fall over

I think a lot of people lean the A10 Piston SA against a desk when they use it.

In that case, the A10 Piston SA may tip over sideways unless you hold it.

To avoid holding it, lay a grippy sheet on the desk and lean the A10 Piston SA against it.

If you keep worrying about whether it'll fall over, it only feels half as good.

This way, you don't have to hold the A10 Piston SA with your hand.

It also stops the desk from vibrating.

I wrap a non-slip sheet around a cushion to hold my A10 Piston SA in place.

When I wrote this, the Den-Ona Holder was cheap at ¥1,900. As of September 2026, NLS lists it at ¥2,156 (about US$14) (it was out of stock with no restock date when checked), and it fits the A10 Piston SA, A10 Piston SA PLUS and A10 Piston Basic. It's a must-buy, but if you forgot to buy one or can't get one, use a non-slip sheet for now.

You can even buy non-slip sheets at 100-yen shops (Japan's dollar stores).

[Great for cowgirl videos] Wrap it in a blanket and stand it up

When watching cowgirl scenes, wrapping the A10 Piston SA in a blanket like this keeps it stable.

Holding it directly in your hands, it's a bit of a reach.

And if you feel the vibration right in your hands, the mood is gone in an instant.

The fix: wrap it in a blanket and hold the loose end of the blanket to keep it in place.

Wrapped in the blanket, you don't feel the vibration, so you can get lost in the VR video.

The best part of the A10 Piston is that the woman moves for you automatically.

In the cowgirl position, she makes you come without you having to move.

Just holding the blanket is enough to keep it in place.

Hold it with painter's tape

Another option might be to tape it down temporarily with painter's tape (masking tape).

Painter's tape won't leave tape marks on the A10 Piston SA.

Lay the A10 Piston SA down and enjoy it missionary-style

If you're flexible, you can also lay the A10 Piston SA on your futon and enjoy it missionary-style.

If you push the far end against a wall, you don't need to hold it in place at all.

On a soft futon, it's even easier to enjoy the A10 Piston SA missionary-style.

Lots of VR videos have missionary scenes, too.

The trick is to raise the A10 Piston SA on a cushion.

A pillow works too.

That way you can slide your penis in without your legs hurting.

A non-slip sheet is handy to have here too, so it doesn't slide sideways.

[Bonus] Turn a camera tripod into a mount

In reviews, some people used a camera tripod.

It's true that a tripod doesn't depend on a desk.

But they said it doesn't hold the toy firmly, so they sometimes have to hold it with their hand.

If you look around Amazon for substitute mounts, you might find one that works.

A sturdier tripod might hold it completely in place.

If you already own a tripod, think about how you could attach the A10 Piston SA to it.
