What happened in 2023: the old A10 Piston was out of stock for more than six months from January 2023 → the new model went on sale → everyone who had been waiting ordered at once → it sold out again right away. As of September 2026, NLS lists the A10 Piston SA + PLUS at ¥49,800 (about US$315) and shows it in stock.

But around January 2023 it sold out, and it stayed out of stock for six months.

From 2021 to 2022, it almost never went out of stock.

The A10 Cyclone SA, by contrast, sold out often in 2021 — probably because fewer were made.

The maker pushed the A10 Piston SA especially hard, so there was plenty of stock back then.

In my experience (2021–2023), once VORZE products sell out, you often have to wait months to get one.

NLS is a long-established adult shop that had been in business for 22 years when I wrote this, and it handles returns and problems not only by email but also by phone (still true as of September 2026; the phone line is closed on Sundays and holidays).

Buying a mount at the same time is a must.
 
It frees up your hands, so you can enjoy even more realistic pleasure — like squeezing a separate silicone b**b while you come.
  
When I wrote this, other mounts cost about ¥7,000 (as of September 2026 the Stand Basic is on sale at NLS for ¥5,500), so NLS’s own holder is cheap.

Does the A10 Piston SA Ever Go on Sale?

I watched NLS — the shop that sells the most A10 Piston SAs — for a long time, and I never saw a sale (as of July 2023).

When I wrote this, other shops also sold the old model at basically the same price, never below ¥43,000. As of September 2026, NLS lists the A10 Piston SA + PLUS at ¥49,800 (about US$315).

I also checked X (Twitter) and elsewhere, and found no A10 Piston SA sales (as of July 2023).

If a price looks way too cheap, watch out: it could be the scam that’s going around now, where you pay by bank transfer and the item never arrives.

[Lowest-Price Shop] Why You Should Buy the A10 Piston SA at NLS, in Business for 20 Years

[1] You’re sure to get a genuine unit

NLS sells more A10 Piston SAs than anyone (as far as I could tell in 2023).

At NLS, it’s unlikely that returned, faulty units get resold.

That’s because a company with 20 years in business has no reason to risk its reputation that way.

On the other hand, more and more people are getting scammed by sites where you pay by bank transfer and the item never arrives.

If you want to be sure to get a genuine unit, buying from NLS makes a lot of sense.

A new A10 Piston SA box comes tightly sealed in plastic wrap.

Be careful with items that have already been opened and no longer have this wrap.

Ask the seller clearly: “Why has the wrap been opened?”

It could have been swapped for a fake.

[2] Lots of payment options

When I wrote this in July 2023, NLS accepted these payment methods (as of September 2026, NLS’s guide lists credit card, cash on delivery, convenience-store deferred payment and bank transfer):

Bank-transfer scams through phishing sites are on the rise.

If you buy from an online shop you’ve never heard of because it’s cheaper, check the name on the account you’re paying into.

If the account name is a foreign person’s name, it’s almost certainly a scam — that’s a safe rule of thumb.

Seen that way, bank transfers are risky.

Paying by credit card is safer.

Only a legitimate company can get approved to accept credit cards.

NLS accepts credit cards.

[3] Accessories are the cheapest there too

At NLS, the official A10 Piston SA sleeves were also the cheapest (in my 2023 comparison).

The Den-Ona Holder, NLS’s own product that holds the machine so you don’t have to, is very popular.

You couldn’t buy it on Amazon or other sites (as of 2023).

They also sell replacement parts for when something breaks (as of September 2026, for example, the inner sleeve case is ¥2,057 and in stock; the old SA’s charging cable is still listed at ¥4,290 but discontinued, and it doesn’t work with the PLUS).

NLS is simply a handy shop to use for all of this.

[4] They’re used to handling problems

NLS, a major adult store with 20 years in business, is without a doubt the shop that sells the most A10 Piston SAs (as far as I could tell in 2023).

That’s because it was the cheapest, and other owners recommend buying there too.

So it’s fair to assume they’re used to handling all kinds of problems.

If you buy from a small adult shop without much of a track record, they may not be used to dealing with problems.

There are quite a few NLS reviews saying the unit needed repairs, so you can’t assume the A10 Piston SA will never have problems.

I don’t recommend buying a used A10 Piston SA.

There are too many risks, like infections and problems dealing with the seller.

[5] You can return it if it’s unused

At NLS, you can return it as long as it’s unused.

For faulty units, NLS inspects them and sends you a replacement (still their policy as of September 2026).

NLS has close ties with RENDS, the maker of the A10 Piston SA, and also sold RENDS’s popular nipple toy, the U.F.O. SA (now discontinued), ahead of other shops.

So they’re likely to take good care of you if something goes wrong with your A10 Piston SA.

You want to avoid trouble, right?

Amazon listings, on the other hand, sometimes say “non-returnable” (as of 2023).

There’s no reason to pay more and take the risk of not being able to return it.

[6] NLS has lots of reviews, which is reassuring

Most people write reviews as a way to vent when something disappoints them.

Think about when you write reviews yourself, and you’ll see what I mean.

I found no reviews saying there was trouble after buying from NLS.

On Amazon you can write a review even if you bought elsewhere, but nobody wrote “I had trouble with NLS.”

When I checked in October 2022, the A10 Piston SA had 111 reviews on NLS — far more than on any other store — and I think that’s a good reason to feel safe buying there.

No other online store had more than 100 reviews.

Can You Buy the Old A10 Piston SA in a Physical Store?

I searched X (Twitter) for physical shops that carry the A10 Piston SA.
 
At adult shops, staff costs are added to the price, so the A10 Piston SA may cost more.

At Love Merci in Akihabara, it was selling for more than ¥5,000 above the NLS price (when I checked).

I also checked adult shops in Saitama, and none of them had it.

It wasn’t sold in the adult corner of Don Quijote (a Japanese discount chain) either.
