Where to Buy a Genuine A10 Piston SA for the Lowest Price
I recommend buying the A10 Piston SA PLUS (+PLUS) from NLS, the official store.

What happened in 2023: the old A10 Piston was out of stock for more than six months from January 2023 → the new model went on sale → everyone who had been waiting ordered at once → it sold out again right away.

If you buy the A10 Piston SA and its accessories from an expensive store, you can end up losing about ¥20,000 in total (based on my 2023 price comparison).

Old A10 Piston SA vs. A10 Piston SA + PLUS: Stock History
I kept a close eye on A10 Piston SA stock from 2021 until July 2023.

Excellent Yes NoRight after the A10 Piston SA came out, it often sold out.
In 2022, even when it sold out, it usually came back within 48 hours.
But around January 2023 it sold out, and it stayed out of stock for six months.
From 2021 to 2022, it almost never went out of stock.
The A10 Cyclone SA, by contrast, sold out often in 2021 — probably because fewer were made.
The maker pushed the A10 Piston SA especially hard, so there was plenty of stock back then.
Later, the +PLUS price was revised: as of September 25, 2026, NLS sells it for ¥49,800 (about US$317).
Some NLS reviewers even say they bought it because the price came down.
I couldn't confirm the date of the price cut.
Also, since October 1, 2025, the sleeve included in the box is the “Sleeve 2.0 Clover.”

So 0 search results doesn't prove it isn't sold there.
I couldn't confirm NLS's current points-back figures.
In my experience (2021–2023), once VORZE products sell out, you often have to wait months to get one.
NLS is a long-established adult shop that had been in business for 22 years when I wrote this, and it handles returns and problems not only by email but also by phone (still true as of September 2026; the phone line is closed on Sundays and holidays).
Knowing they take discreet shipping seriously also reassured me, so I decided to buy from NLS.
NLS ships free on orders of ¥5,000 or more (details in the update below).
As of September 25, 2026, NLS shipping costs ¥590 by Japan Post and ¥840 by Yamato.
On orders of ¥5,000 or more, Japan Post is free and Yamato is ¥250.
For same-day shipping, your order has to be fully processed in time.
The cutoff is 2:00 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and 10:00 a.m. on Sundays and holidays.
You can change the product name and sender shown on the parcel, and it arrives in a plain box or a padded envelope.

[Must-Have] Items to Buy with Your A10 Piston SA at the Lowest Price
[Overwhelming Stimulation] “Mada Namae ga Arimasen”
Honestly, putting the “Mada Namae ga Arimasen” onahole (literally “No Name Yet”) into the A10 Piston SA gives it a longer stroke and makes the stimulation several times stronger.
When I wrote this, I called it a must-buy if you like strong stimulation.
The +PLUS manual forbids taking it apart or modding it, and breakdowns caused by mods are not covered by the warranty.
“Mada Namae ga Arimasen” is ¥2,860 at NLS and in stock (as of September 25, 2026).
NLS reviewers say it fits the +PLUS's inner case almost perfectly.
With the BASIC, though, reviewers say it sinks in too far.
Opinions on how it feels are split as well, so I can't call it a “must-buy” anymore.
Loads of reviewers do what I do: skip the official sleeve and mod the A10 Piston SA for more fun.

[NLS Original] Den-Ona Holder (a Must-Buy)

NLS's current price for the Den-Ona Holder is ¥2,156, and it's out of stock with no restock date (checked September 25, 2026).
Reviewers say it works well with the BASIC and the Cyclone, but with the Piston SA it's heavy and wobbles or tilts backward.
You use it sitting down, so you can't change the angle either.
While it's out of stock, the Stand Basic below or VORZE's Arm Stand (¥11,880, in stock) are the alternatives.

Buying a mount at the same time is a must.
It frees up your hands, so you can enjoy even more realistic pleasure — like squeezing a separate silicone b**b while you come.
When I wrote this, other mounts cost about ¥7,000, so NLS’s own holder was cheap.

A correction to the NLS price of the Stand Basic: it's on sale for ¥5,500 (as of September 25, 2026, in stock).
On the same day, Amazon Japan had it at ¥7,680.
I haven't checked FANZA's current price.
NLS's compatibility list names the A10 Piston SA, the BASIC and the Cyclone SA +PLUS.
The A10 Piston SA PLUS isn't on that list, so ask NLS whether it fits before you buy.
Reviewers praise how steadily it holds, but some complain about the setup work and the limited angle and height adjustment.
When you mount it, don't overtighten it, or you may damage your tabletop.
You set the Stand Basic on a table or similar surface.
For cowgirl-position VR, like videos shot from the ceiling angle, this mount is the best!
With the Den-Ona Holder, you’re sitting down, so…
In 2023, Amazon Japan and FANZA were about ¥700–1,000 more expensive.
Add up several accessories, and you’d lose ¥7,870 in total (2023 prices).

NLS's current price for VORZE Smooth Lotion is ¥836 (checked September 25, 2026, in stock).
The +PLUS now also comes with a 50 ml bottle of lotion.
Since it was developed for the A10 Piston, lots of reviews say it works really well with it.
For me, it’s:
• Just thick enough that it doesn’t drip
• Not sticky, so cleanup is easy
• Very slippery
That’s how I feel about it.

The Steel β Has Been Discontinued
A correction: the Steel β has been discontinued at NLS (as of September 25, 2026).Since October 1, 2025, the official sleeves have been the “2.0” series.
There are 4 types — Clover, Steel, Last and Bell — all ¥2,970 and in stock at NLS.
The 2.0 Steel is a little firmer than the Steel β.
On September 25, 2026, Amazon Japan had the 2.0 Steel at ¥4,779.
FANZA had the 2.0 at ¥4,731, so NLS is cheaper than both.
In 2023, NLS was more than ¥1,000 cheaper.
Sleeves are a matter of taste, so you’ll probably buy several over time until you find the right one.
And they wear out.
Buy five, and the difference comes to more than ¥5,000.
Use the 1,000+ points you earn at NLS to buy your favorite sleeve next time.
Some NLS reviewers found the 2.0 Steel firmer than they expected.
The 2.0 Bell is highly rated, and some feel the 2.0 Clover is sturdier than the β sleeves.
💡 If you like softer sleeves, start with the 2.0 Clover that comes with the machine.

Does the A10 Piston SA Ever Go on Sale?
I've kept an eye on NLS, the shop that sells the most A10 Piston SAs, for a long time, and it has never gone on sale.
Since then, NLS has put the +PLUS on sale at times.
I explain the details in the update under this heading.
When I wrote this, other shops also sold the old model at basically the same price, never below ¥43,000.
I also checked X (Twitter) and elsewhere, but the A10 Piston SA has never gone on sale.
Sales on Related Products
Related products do go on sale, so I'm correcting “sold at the same price everywhere.”As of September 25, 2026, some official sleeves from the old series and the Stand Basic are on sale at NLS.

If a price looks way too cheap, watch out: it could be the scam that’s going around now, where you pay by bank transfer and the item never arrives.
[Lowest-Price Shop] Why You Should Buy the A10 Piston SA at NLS, in Business for 20 Years
[1] You’re sure to get a genuine unit
NLS sells more A10 Piston SAs than anyone (as far as I could tell in 2023).
At NLS, it’s unlikely that returned, faulty units get resold.
That’s because a company with 20 years in business has no reason to risk its reputation that way.
On the other hand, more and more people are getting scammed by sites where you pay by bank transfer and the item never arrives.
If you want to be sure to get a genuine unit, buying from NLS makes a lot of sense.
A new A10 Piston SA box comes tightly sealed in plastic wrap.
Be careful with items that have already been opened and no longer have this wrap.
Ask the seller clearly: “Why has the wrap been opened?”
It could have been swapped for a fake.
[2] Lots of payment options
When I wrote this in July 2023, NLS accepted these payment methods:
- Credit card
- Cash on delivery (¥300 fee)
LINE Pay- Convenience-store payment (Mirai Barai)
- Bank transfer (MUFG Bank, PayPay Bank, Japan Post Bank)
When I checked NLS's product page on September 25, 2026, LINE Pay was no longer listed.
These are the 4 payment methods now:
- Credit card (VISA, Mastercard, JCB)
- Cash on delivery (¥300 fee)
- Convenience-store deferred payment “Mirai Barai” (¥440 fee, up to ¥55,000)
- Bank transfer (MUFG Bank, PayPay Bank, Japan Post Bank)
Bank-transfer scams through phishing sites are on the rise.
If you buy from an online shop you’ve never heard of because it’s cheaper, check the name on the account you’re paying into.
If the account name is a foreign person’s name, it’s almost certainly a scam — that’s a safe rule of thumb.
Seen that way, bank transfers are risky.
Paying by credit card is safer.
Only a legitimate company can get approved to accept credit cards.
NLS accepts credit cards.

I covered this above, so I won’t go on about it.
[3] Accessories are the cheapest there too
At NLS, the official A10 Piston SA sleeves were also the cheapest (in my 2023 comparison).
The Den-Ona Holder, NLS’s own product that holds the machine so you don’t have to, is very popular.
You couldn’t buy it on Amazon or other sites (as of 2023).
They also sell replacement parts for when something breaks (as of September 2026, for example, the inner sleeve case is ¥2,057 and in stock; the old SA’s charging cable is still listed at ¥4,290 but discontinued, and it doesn’t work with the PLUS).
NLS is simply a handy shop to use for all of this.
[4] They’re used to handling problems
NLS, a major adult store with 20 years in business, is without a doubt the shop that sells the most A10 Piston SAs (as far as I could tell in 2023).
That’s because it was the cheapest, and other owners recommend buying there too.
So it’s fair to assume they’re used to handling all kinds of problems.
If you buy from a small adult shop without much of a track record, they may not be used to dealing with problems.
There are quite a few NLS reviews saying the unit needed repairs, so you can’t assume the A10 Piston SA will never have problems.
The +PLUS Has a Maker Warranty and Paid Repairs
According to VORZE, the +PLUS comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase (checked September 25, 2026).After the warranty ends, VORZE still does paid repairs on the +PLUS.
The older A10 Piston SA, which charges with an adapter, can't get paid repairs.
Used and handed-down units aren't covered either, and you need a receipt or similar proof of the purchase date.

I don’t recommend buying a used A10 Piston SA.
There are too many risks, like infections and problems dealing with the seller.

[5] Returns and Exchanges
At NLS, you can return it as long as it's unused.
NLS's product page now says returns and exchanges for the customer's own reasons are not accepted once the order is confirmed, except for initial defects and similar cases (checked September 25, 2026).
💡 As soon as it arrives, charge it and check that everything works.
For faulty units, NLS inspects them and sends you a replacement (still their policy as of September 2026).
NLS has close ties with RENDS, the maker of the A10 Piston SA, and also sold RENDS’s popular nipple toy, the U.F.O. SA (now discontinued), ahead of other shops.
So they’re likely to take good care of you if something goes wrong with your A10 Piston SA.
You want to avoid trouble, right?
Amazon listings, on the other hand, sometimes say “non-returnable” (as of 2023).
There’s no reason to pay more and take the risk of not being able to return it.
[6] NLS has lots of reviews, which is reassuring
Most people write reviews as a way to vent when something disappoints them.
Think about when you write reviews yourself, and you’ll see what I mean.
I found no reviews saying there was trouble after buying from NLS.
On Amazon you can write a review even if you bought elsewhere, but nobody wrote “I had trouble with NLS.”
When I checked in October 2022, the A10 Piston SA had 111 reviews on NLS — far more than on any other store — and I think that’s a good reason to feel safe buying there.
No other online store had more than 100 reviews.
What the Reviews Say About Using It
NLS reviewers praise the +PLUS's slow movements.Others point out the noise, the size and weight of the machine, and a lid that comes off easily.
Judge how the product feels and how the shop treats you as two separate things.
Can You Buy the Old A10 Piston SA in a Physical Store?
I searched X (Twitter) for physical shops that carry the A10 Piston SA.
At adult shops, staff costs are added to the price, so the A10 Piston SA may cost more.
At Love Merci in Akihabara, it was selling for more than ¥5,000 above the NLS price (when I checked).

I also checked adult shops in Saitama, and none of them had it.
It wasn’t sold in the adult corner of Don Quijote (a Japanese discount chain) either.
Summary: Where’s the Cheapest Place to Buy the A10 Piston SA?
To make sure you get a genuine A10 Piston SA, buying from NLS is the safe choice.
If you buy accessories later, you’ll pay shipping again, so I recommend getting a mount at the same time.
You won’t have to hold it in your hand, so it feels a whole level more real.
