Is the U.F.O. TW Sold on Rakuten? (And the Rest of the U.F.O. Series)

This article is about buying in Japan, on Rakuten Ichiba (one of Japan's biggest online marketplaces). The short answer: when I checked in March 2023, none of these U.F.O. series toys were sold on Rakuten:

U.F.O. TW
U.F.O. SA (discontinued in 2022, per NLS)
U.F.O. MOBILE
U.F.O. BASIC

The author

I've searched Rakuten for the U.F.O. TW every now and then, and I've never once seen it listed there (checked up to March 2023).

I Also Checked Rakuma, Rakuten's Flea-Market App

The only one I found was a used unit for ¥25,000 — and one of its cups wouldn't even power on (March 2023).

I don't recommend buying a U.F.O. TW at auction or second-hand.

What About the Original R1 U.F.O.?

The original R1 U.F.O. wasn't sold on Rakuten either (as of March 2023). As of September 2026, NLS lists the R1 U.F.O. as discontinued in 2023.
