Buying the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS on Amazon Japan: What to Watch Out For

This article is for anyone asking those questions.

My answer: I'd avoid it. You might receive an older A10 Cyclone SA PLUS, and because of that VORZE (the maker) may refuse to repair it.

I don't recommend buying the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS on Amazon Japan, but if you have to, please weigh the risks first.

Watch out for fakes, and for scams that try to steal your personal information.

What to Watch Out For When Buying the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS on Amazon Japan

You might get an older A10 Cyclone SA PLUS

The A10 Cyclone SA PLUS page on Amazon Japan said this:

“(Comes with a micro-USB charging cable)” (as listed in August 2022)

As of July 2022, new A10 Cyclone SA PLUS units charge over USB-C (VORZE's current user guide still lists a USB-C charging cable in the box, September 2026).

So there's a chance Amazon sends you an older unit.

The older version charges much more slowly than the USB-C one.

On top of that, VORZE's website clearly stated (in 2022) that older A10 Cyclone SA PLUS units are not eligible even for paid repairs:

“Only Cyclone SA+PLUS units with a USB-C charging port can be repaired. Units with micro-USB or pin-type charging are not eligible.”

It could also count against you if you ever get bored of it and want to sell it second-hand.

It isn't the cheapest

When I compared prices in February 2023, Amazon Japan was not the cheapest place to buy the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS: NLS charged ¥32,890 and Amazon ¥35,000. The table shows NLS's current price (checked September 24, 2026) next to the other stores' February 2023 prices (FANZA is Japan's big adult video store, which also sells toys).

If you want the lowest price, NLS was the one to pick when I compared.

Remember that even on Amazon, buying from a seller you can't trust is risky.

You're safer buying from NLS, which I believe sold more A10 Cyclone SA PLUS units than anyone when I wrote this (2022).

NLS works closely with VORZE, the maker, so if anything goes wrong, you're in good hands.

This is an expensive toy.

If something goes wrong, it hurts both your nerves and your wallet.

Lots of points → a scam that steals your personal information

For the A10 Piston SA (VORZE's thrusting model), Amazon Japan itself posted a warning like the one above in 2022: a points scam was going around.

The product never arrives, and the scammers pretend there was a delivery mistake so they can collect your personal information.

The same thing could happen with the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS.

People have ended up with no points and no product.

Watch out for shops based in China

Always check the shop's ratings.

When I checked (2022), the scam shop's address was in China.

Shops that do shady things always end up with low ratings.

Buying from a seller that has only just started listing is risky, too.

Check the shop information properly

If you buy the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS on Amazon Japan, always check the seller's ratings.

For extra peace of mind, check the address as well.

Looking at the address often tells you whether it's a real company.

These days, ratings can be bought, too.

Some sellers really do hand out Amazon gift cards in exchange for fake reviews.

Your family might find out

It arrives in an Amazon box.

That means someone else might open it by mistake.

A shop that puts an “open by addressee only” sticker on the box is the safer choice.

If you really don't want anyone to know, I recommend NLS, which also lets you pick up your parcel at a convenience store or delivery depot instead of having it delivered home.

The popular Oral sleeve costs more

The most popular dedicated sleeve for the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS is called the Oral.

I got bored of the Medusa sleeve that comes with the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS, so I bought the Oral too.

The downside of Amazon Japan is that at times (in 2022) the Oral cost over ¥3,000 there.

At NLS, it costs ¥2,750 (the same price when I wrote this and as of September 2026).
