Avoid Fake A10 Cyclone SA Shops: How I Bought a Genuine One for Less

Watch out for fakes and scams.

Because it's such a popular product, there are several suspicious sites claiming to sell the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS for less than half price — I actually found some (2022).

Here's exactly how I made sure I bought a genuine unit.

[Scam Warning] The Cheapest A10 Cyclone SA PLUS Will Never Arrive

I found a scam online shop selling the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS for ¥7,000 (2022).

They turn up when you search for the product name plus some other word.

Hunting around for a cheap online deal is dangerous in itself.

If you want a guaranteed genuine unit, pay the regular price.

The scam site I came across had the Nishimatsuya logo and was a copy of Nishimatsuya's online store (Nishimatsuya is a Japanese chain of baby and children's clothing stores).

Nishimatsuya would never sell an adult toy like the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS, so you'd notice if you thought calmly — but when you're turned on, you can't think straight.

Nobody can sell it that cheap.

You will 100% never receive the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS.

A telltale sign of these scam shops: they make you pay by bank transfer.

Only shops with a certain level of trust can accept credit cards, so scam sites are often bank-transfer only.

Even on Amazon Japan, some sellers are scammers, so be careful.

Why I Recommend NLS for a Guaranteed Genuine A10 Cyclone SA PLUS

I recommend NLS, the official Japanese online store for RENDS/VORZE, which has been in business since 2000.

I bought my A10 Cyclone SA PLUS at NLS too.
 
I'll go through my reasons one by one.
 
Buy from the wrong store and you'll struggle later with breakdowns and returns, so be careful.

[1] They handle problems properly

There are a few reviews reporting breakdowns of the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS — not many, but some.

When I wrote this, one advantage was that the store stood between you and the maker and handled problems for you. As of September 2026, though, NLS's product page says to contact RENDS (the maker) directly through VORZE's website for warranty repairs and exchanges.

NLS once told me they would handle warranty claims for me, even for adult products from overseas makers.

Another time, when I emailed them saying “I think it's broken,” they sent me detailed steps to try, and that solved it.

I think you'd struggle to get support this thorough anywhere other than a major adult store like NLS.

So it's reassuring that if anything goes wrong with your A10 Cyclone SA PLUS, you can ask NLS first (for warranty repairs themselves, see the note above).

[2] You can buy it at the lowest price

When I compared prices, the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS was cheapest at NLS.

When I compared prices in February 2023, NLS was the cheapest. The NLS price in the table is today's (checked September 24, 2026); the other stores' prices are from February 2023. Back then NLS charged ¥32,890, so Amazon was about ¥2,100 more expensive, and its page carried this warning about scams:

■■■ Warning ■■■ Malicious overseas direct-shipping sellers that keep changing their store names and hand out excessive points have appeared.
They hold no stock, arrange forced cash-on-delivery shipments of unknown contents, and have even been seen getting buyers to scan a LINE QR code on the pretext of a delivery mistake in order to steal personal information.
Check the [Seller] and buy from a store based in Japan.

If you want to buy safely, I recommend NLS, which has been in business since 2000.

[NLS original] You can buy the holder at the same time

If you're buying the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS, this holder is a must-have.

It's NLS's own product.

It's only sold at NLS (as of 2023).

Buying it separately later is a hassle, and a small order can mean paying shipping again (as of September 2026, NLS takes ¥590 off shipping on orders of ¥5,000 or more; Japan Post shipping is normally ¥590 and Yamato ¥840).

To lose yourself without holding the machine, you need something to hold it in place.

Hold it in your hand and the realism of VR drops to one-thousandth of what it could be. Seriously…

You can go all the way in, and it holds everything firmly.
 
It also makes working your VR headset (fast-forwarding and so on) so much easier — I'm really glad I bought it.

Holder for electric strokers

[3] They sell the most A10 Cyclone SAs, so you can count on their support

I'd say NLS sells more A10 Cyclone SA PLUS units than anyone (my view in 2022).

That's because it's the online store with the most reviews of it.

One reason is that they're close to the maker, so they get stock first and rarely run out (as I understood it in 2022).

Selling so many means they're used to dealing with problems when they happen.

When I bought a toy costing nearly ¥30,000, I emailed them about a fault and got a reply right away — and following their email fixed the problem.

NLS has been in business since 2000, so there's no way they'd risk selling fakes.

They'd never throw away that kind of track record by taking such a risk.

Bad reviews spread in no time these days, so choose a store that handles problems properly.

Generous points

In my experience (2022), NLS gives back more points than other stores.

Even on your first purchase you get 3% back in points (still true as of September 2026: 3–12% depending on your member rank).

When I bought mine, that worked out to over 700 points for the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS; at today's price, NLS's product page shows 594 to 2,376 points depending on rank (September 2026).

My rank is high, so I got 1,500 points.

On top of the purchase points, I've spent over ¥100,000 there in total, so I also got a 3,000-point bonus (2022).

You'll probably keep buying things like extra sleeves, so it pays to buy from a store where points add up fast from the start.

I'm still deciding what to spend my NLS points on (lol).

Once your total purchases pass ¥50,000, you get 1,000 bonus points (as of 2022).

Between sleeves and the holder, I hit ¥50,000 in no time.

A huge range of products

NLS has a huge range of adult goods.

When you want something else, you can use your points on it.

They already know all about discreet shipping, which is reassuring.

Some people mod the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS so they can use NLS strokers that aren't dedicated sleeves.

They're serious about discreet delivery

You can pick your parcel up at a convenience store, post office or Yamato depot instead (still offered as of September 2026), so nobody has to know.

You can also ask for a “kizukai” sticker asking that only the addressee open the box, which lowers the risk of someone else opening it compared with an Amazon delivery (it's a request, so it can't guarantee nobody else opens it).

My Experience Buying the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS at NLS

Ordering

It's popular, so it was limited to one per customer (July 2022). If you're interested, I'd buy it sooner rather than later.

You can also check out as a guest without logging in.

You'll need a credit card and your address.

If you've ordered before, you don't need to enter your address or card number again, so it's quick.

By default, the item name on the label is “PC parts.”

So you're safe even if your family looks up the sender on the label, you can use a made-up company name.

By default it's “Daiwa Logistics.”

You can change it to any company name you like.

Because it's a precision device, you can also have a “kizukai” sticker put on, asking that only the addressee open it.

You can ask for a phone call before delivery.

You can also have it left in a delivery box if you're out.

I have them put it in my OKIPPA bag (a parcel bag that hangs on your door).

Note that this only applies when you're out — they'll still ring the bell.

Asking for a call first gives you peace of mind.

You can also skip the address and pick it up at a delivery depot or a convenience store.

You can choose the carrier, too.

You can choose Yamato or Japan Post, and pick the delivery date and time (still true as of September 2026, though the time isn't guaranteed, and Yamato doesn't deliver to Okinawa).

When I ordered (July 2022), these payment methods were available:

• Credit card
• Cash on delivery
• LINE Pay (no longer listed as of September 2026)
• Pay later at a convenience store
• Bank transfer in advance

For my A10 Cyclone SA PLUS, I used 2,446 points and earned 1,501 points.

I entered my credit card.

Once it's done, you see this screen, and a shipping notice arrives by email.

The same-day shipping cutoff is 2:00 pm (10:00 am on Sundays and holidays) — still the same as of September 2026, for orders whose stock and payment are confirmed by then.

Unboxing

It arrived the very next day.

It had the “kizukai” sticker on it.

I slid off the box sleeve and opened it — here's what it looked like.

It's about the same size as a 2-liter bottle.

The only accessories were the user guide, a cable and lotion.
 
The dedicated Medusa sleeve was already set in the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS.
 
The sleeve came in a bag.

The dedicated sleeve feels stickier than the A10 Piston SA's.

I get the feeling it'll wear out quickly…

I'd been using the A10 Piston SA for a long time, so this felt really small.

Other Online Stores That Sell the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS

Amazon Japan

Amazon Japan wasn't the cheapest when I compared (February 2023).

Buying on Amazon Japan cost more, so I don't recommend it. (When I compared prices in February 2023, NLS was the cheapest. The NLS price in the table is today's (checked September 24, 2026); the other stores' prices are from February 2023.)

The risk of your family finding out is higher, too.

Rakuten

Rakuten didn't sell the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS itself (as of 2022).

Only sleeves for the old A10 Cyclone were sold there (as of September 2026, Rakuten's listing for the old A10 Cyclone R-1 shows it as no longer carried).

Rakuma, Rakuten's flea-market app, had used ones, but I don't recommend them because of the STI risk.

M's (Otona no Department Store M's)

When I wrote this, M's, a Japanese adult-toy chain, sold it for the same price as NLS. As of September 2026, M's online store lists it at ¥24,800 (tax incl.), while NLS charges ¥19,800.

Unlike NLS, M's didn't offer convenience-store pickup (as of 2022).

M's didn't sell the holder for the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS (as of 2022).

It may be sold in their physical stores, which is a plus if you'd rather buy in person.

In-store prices are a little higher than online.

There are also fewer reviews to help you choose, so this site recommends NLS.

What about FANZA (DMM)?

FANZA (Japan's big adult video store) sometimes sells it too, but it's pricier, so I don't recommend it (as of 2022–2023).

It's sometimes discounted, but even then it cost more than NLS.

It also sells the dedicated sleeves, but they cost more than at NLS too.

Can You Buy the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS in a Physical Store?

Don Quijote

The Don Quijote (a big Japanese discount chain) I visited in eastern Saitama didn't carry the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS.

It was a weekday afternoon, so nobody was there, but it gets busy at night, so be careful.

The adult corner was a tiny space, about four tatami mats (roughly 6.5 m²).

Someone on X said Don Quijote sold it, but there's no telling whether that was the old A10 Cyclone.

And it's old information from 2019.

If Don Quijote sold it, word would have spread much more, so it probably isn't sold there.

The A10 Cyclone SA PLUS is made in fairly small numbers, so there probably isn't enough to go around.

I think it goes to the big adult-goods online stores and dedicated shops.

Adult-goods shops in Akihabara

You can also buy it in Akihabara, Tokyo.

M's Akihabara store seems to sell it in person (as of 2022).

But many shops there charge more, so be careful.

Adult-goods shops

Some shops sell it in store.

You won't know for sure whether they have it until you go.

Calling ahead is the surest way, though they might find it a nuisance.

Physical shops often don't sell the holder.

The upside is that you can pick it up and see how it feels in your hand.

Stock is limited to begin with, so it's unlikely to reach every adult shop.

Chances are they won't have it.

I went to check whether my local adult shop carried the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS, but it didn't.
