U.F.O. TW Broken? Repairs and the Maker's Warranty
When I asked VORZE, the maker of the U.F.O. TW, in March 2023, this is what they told me:
- The U.F.O. TW can be repaired
There's no warranty card, so there's no warranty- Repairing one cup often costs up to ¥17,200
There is now a maker's warranty, even without a warranty card (checked on the official site on September 25, 2026).
Who to contact depends on when the problem appears

Which section to read, by symptom
- Won't move / one cup stops → “Nothing happens when I press the button”
- Won't charge → “It won't charge”
- Want a repair → “Can You Get the U.F.O. TW Repaired?”
My own advice: rinsing it under water can lead to breakdowns, so I'd avoid it (even though it is rated IPX5 waterproof and officially washable)
Does the U.F.O. TW Come with a Warranty or Warranty Card?
My U.F.O. TW didn't come with anything like a warranty card.
Some products have one printed on the box, but mine didn't.
Sometimes it's part of the user guide, but not here.
So I asked VORZE directly whether there's a warranty.
Their answer back then (March 2023) was “There is no warranty” — this has since changed:
What the warranty doesn't cover
There is a warranty now.The period and conditions are in the table at the top of this article.
Even within the warranty period, these aren't repaired for free:
- Consumables such as the built-in battery
- Damage from drops, impacts or being submerged in water
- Damage from repairs or modifications by anyone other than the maker
- Use outside Japan (the warranty is valid in Japan only)
What If the U.F.O. TW Is Defective on Arrival?
If you bought it from NLS (the official Japanese online store for RENDS/VORZE, and the only shop selling the U.F.O. TW when I wrote this), they handle initial defects reported within 8 days of delivery.
At NLS, go to “My Account” → “Order information” → “Return inquiry.”
You send the defective unit back, and after inspecting it they exchange it for a working one.
NLS pays the shipping.
If the replacement's arrival date is undecided or the product has been discontinued, you get a refund instead.
So check that everything works as soon as your U.F.O. TW arrives.
You report an initial defect from your NLS account page (the steps are in the update above).
Choose “The item I received was damaged” and then “Electric item.”
• Only unused items are accepted. (Just checking the condition and testing that it works still counts as unused.)

Can You Get the U.F.O. TW Repaired?
Repairs are handled by the maker, VORZE.
I checked VORZE's official website first.
At the time (March 2023), it only mentioned repairs for the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS.
VORZE's official “Paid repairs” page now lists the U.F.O. TW too.
However, the maker may turn down a repair at its own discretion.
To apply, use VORZE's official contact form, choose the category “Warranty / repair,” and give the product name and when you bought it.
So I asked VORZE whether they could repair it.
They said the U.F.O. TW can be repaired, and that fixing one cup often costs up to ¥17,200 (March 2023).
Get a quote to find out the repair cost
The ¥17,200 above is what the maker told me when I wrote this.As of September 2026, VORZE's official site doesn't give any guide prices for repairs.
Ask the maker for a quote to find out what a repair costs today.
You send it to them first and ask for a quote.
They also told me that repairs require your receipt.
So if you bought your U.F.O. TW second-hand, for example at an auction, they may not repair it.
Ask the maker whether a second-hand unit can get a paid repair.

Can You Buy a Replacement Charger?
VORZE series spare parts
When I checked in March 2023, NLS didn't sell a charger for the U.F.O. TW.
NLS's official “VORZE series spare parts” page now sells a “U.F.O. TW charger.”
On September 25, 2026, it was in stock at ¥3,663.
If only the charger is broken, I recommend replacing it with this genuine one.

Back then, it only sold one for the U.F.O. SA.
That U.F.O. SA USB charging cable has now been discontinued.
At the time, I thought it was worth asking VORZE whether they'd sell one directly.
The A10 Piston SA's charger looks similar, but the plug is a different size, so it won't work.
I also thought even VORZE might not be able to sell one, so buying a similar charger and seeing whether it charged the U.F.O. TW seemed worth a try.
I'm correcting my advice above to “try a similar charger.”
Don't use a different charger just because it looks similar — choose the genuine one.
You'd need to search patiently on Mercari or Amazon Japan (Japanese marketplaces).
I used to suggest searching Mercari or Amazon Japan, but now I recommend buying from the official NLS store, which sells the genuine charger.
So treat the charger as carefully as the U.F.O. TW itself — otherwise you may end up unable to use it.
[By Problem] How to Fix Common U.F.O. TW Problems Yourself
Nothing happens when I press the button
First, check whether the U.F.O. TW turns on at all.
If it doesn't turn on, check whether it charges.
If it charges and turns on but the buttons don't respond, the button is most likely broken.
There are screws you can open, but doing so means VORZE will no longer repair it, so I don't recommend it.
To be precise, opening it means “the warranty no longer covers it.”
I've added the details below under “Can You Take the U.F.O. TW Apart?”
I recommend simply sending it to VORZE for repair.
When I checked in March 2023, someone was selling a U.F.O. TW with one broken cup for ¥25,000 at an online auction, so buying one like that is another option.
It won't charge
The key is to figure out which part is broken.
You need to work out whether the problem is the cradle or the U.F.O. TW itself.
Start by pressing the button on the cradle and see whether it lights up.
If it does, the power cable and the cradle are working.
If the cradle doesn't respond, the power cable or the cradle may be faulty.
Check the power cable for any breaks.
It also may not charge if there's something like a paper clip stuck on the magnetic contacts.
If only one cup won't charge, that cup may be the one that's broken.
If the battery runs out soon after charging
According to VORZE's official specs, the TW takes about 2.5 hours to charge fully and runs for about 1 hour continuously.If it charges but the battery doesn't last as long as it used to, the battery itself may be wearing out.
Before you put it on the charging cradle, wipe any water or lotion off the magnetic contacts with a dry cloth.
The charger cable is broken
If the charger cable is broken, finding exactly where it's broken gives you a good chance of fixing it.
Rather than repairing a broken charger cable as I suggested, I now recommend replacing it with a genuine charger.

It won't sync with Adult Festa videos
I explain how to sync it, and what to do when it won't sync, in this article.
I also describe the time only one cup would sync.
On a smartphone, connect from the settings inside the app, not from your phone's Bluetooth settings screen.
On a PC, use built-in Bluetooth or an ordinary Bluetooth adapter.
VORZE's own wireless adapter has been discontinued and doesn't work with the current video-sync app.
If it stops in the middle of syncing, one post on X says pausing the video and playing it again got it moving.

The cradle's warming function doesn't work
Check that the charging cable is plugged in properly.
The warming function only starts if you press and hold the cradle's button.
Check whether the light turns green.
In my experience, it gets warm enough to feel after about 10 minutes.
VORZE's official guide says the warming function reaches skin temperature in about 15 minutes.
According to the specs, it switches off automatically after 30 minutes of heating and 30 minutes of keeping warm.
💡 If it stops feeling warm partway through, it may simply have switched itself off — consider that before assuming it's broken.
If both cups still charge, you can also just give up on the warming function.
Both cups make the same movement and never move differently
The left and right cups sync with each other over Bluetooth and make the same movement. That's normal.
It's how the U.F.O. TW is designed, so nothing is wrong.
If you're thinking about a different model, the U.F.O. MOBILE and MOBILE MEN let you set the left and right movements separately.
However, they have no warming function and don't sync with a phone or videos.

How to Keep Your U.F.O. TW from Breaking
Clean it with wet wipes and avoid rinsing it when you can
It's officially washable, but to be safe I recommend using only a little water.
Water could get in through the power button, so it's safest to keep the area around the button dry.
In fact, I saw a U.F.O. TW with one broken cup being sold at an online auction.
It's waterproof, but I think drying it thoroughly is important if you don't want it to break.
According to VORZE's official specs, the TW is waterproof to IPX5 (it can take splashes of water, but it isn't meant to be submerged).
Damage from being submerged isn't covered by the maker's warranty.
💡 When you wash it, rinse it lightly under running water and never leave it soaking.
Wipe off water and lotion thoroughly
If you don't dry it, it can also get moldy.
After washing, wipe off the water and let it dry completely.
That lowers the risk of water getting inside the U.F.O. TW.
Be careful with the power connector
If you don't need to put it away after each use, avoid plugging and unplugging the power cord every time.
The plug is the part most likely to break.
Update (September 2026): Watch out for drops and impacts too
Damage from drops or impacts isn't covered by the maker's warranty.
Can You Take the U.F.O. TW Apart?
Each cup does have a small screw.
So yes, you can open it.
VORZE won't repair it after that, so only do it at your own risk, assuming it can't be repaired.
VORZE's official warranty terms say damage from repairs or modifications by anyone other than the maker isn't covered by the warranty.
They don't go as far as saying it can't be repaired.
Before you open it, ask the maker first.
Opening the screw also makes it easier for water to get in there, so be careful.
