A10 Piston SA × “Mada Namae ga Arimasen”: The Ultimate Combo
Lots of reviews on NLS (the official Japanese online store for RENDS/VORZE) said that putting the “Mada Namae ga Arimasen” onahole into the A10 Piston SA makes it feel devastatingly good, so I tried it myself.
“Mada Namae ga Arimasen” (literally “No Name Yet”) was the No. 1 most popular onahole on NLS, a big Japanese adult store, when I wrote this in October 2022.

Does Mada Namae ga Arimasen Even Fit the A10 Piston SA?
You might be worried about whether the “Mada Namae ga Arimasen” onahole will even fit.
It fits with no problem.
That’s because it’s exactly the right size for the sleeve case.
Normally you have to line up the official sleeve’s “six holes” with the case, but with Mada Namae ga Arimasen you don’t need to.
It’s a snug fit, and friction against the case keeps it from slipping, so you can buy it with confidence (that’s what I found with mine in October 2022).
At first I thought, “If I put Mada Namae ga Arimasen into the A10 Piston SA, won’t there be no room left to insert my penis?” — but it was fine.
Reviewers who used it with the BASIC say it's shorter than the official sleeves, so it sank inside and they had to find a way to raise it.

4 Things I Noticed Pairing the A10 Piston SA with Mada Namae ga Arimasen
[1] The A10 Piston SA’s front cover stopped popping open
I wish I’d bought it sooner.
Back when I used the official sleeve that came with the A10 Piston SA, the front cover kept popping open and shut, and I couldn’t concentrate.
Every time, I dealt with it by adding more lube or attaching the Den-Ona Holder (NLS’s own mount for electric masturbators; as of September 2026 it’s ¥2,156 (about US$14) and still lists the A10 Piston SA as compatible, but NLS showed its restock date as undecided).
But with Mada Namae ga Arimasen, nothing presses against the cover, so it no longer pops off — much more comfortable.
Maybe because it grips so tightly inside, it lasts all the way to the finish even with less lube.
So I could stay lost in the VR video without my focus breaking.
Reviewers say the cover comes off easily on the +PLUS too
Many reviews say that on the new +PLUS as well, the front cover (entrance cap) comes off easily.As mentioned above, the Den-Ona Holder I used in this article is currently listed at NLS as restock date undecided (checked September 25, 2026).

With the official sleeve, the white plastic part in the photo above is held in place, so your penis doesn’t get much stimulation.
Only the part near the opening stretches and does the work.
Mada Namae ga Arimasen, on the other hand, moves the full distance the A10 Piston SA strokes.
That means it works your whole penis, so it feels much closer to the real thing.
Not everyone feels it the same way
“The stimulation got stronger” is how it felt to me.Some NLS reviewers found it gentle when fitted to the Piston, and some prefer the official sleeves.

I was worried: “Could my penis get caught in the A10 Piston SA’s machinery?” — but that was no problem.
I never felt it was dangerous.

Mada Namae ga Arimasen is more compact than the official A10 Piston SA sleeve, so it’s easier to handle.
That makes the annoying cleanup easier, too.
A diatomite drying stick fits inside as well.
Because it grips so tightly, I feel the diatomite stick soaks up more of the water.
Some reviews of Mada Namae ga Arimasen say the smell and stickiness bother them.
Wash it right after use and dry it well before putting it away.
How to Put Mada Namae ga Arimasen into the A10 Piston SA
Just open the case and drop Mada Namae ga Arimasen in.
You don’t have to worry much about which way it faces.
Whatever the position, you can still insert your penis.
Once it’s in, attach the case to the A10 Piston SA.
You can use it without the front cover, but it’s better to put it on so you’re less likely to get caught in the machine.
Removing and fitting the case on the +PLUS
On the +PLUS, you twist the inner case that holds the sleeve to lock it.The steps below are the manual's removal and fitting steps, with putting in Mada Namae ga Arimasen added.
Using this sleeve isn't the normal way to use the machine.
- Switch it on and hold down the eject button to bring the case forward.
- Take off the front cover (entrance cap).
- Twist the inner case to the left to unlock it, and pull it out.
- Open the case and put Mada Namae ga Arimasen inside.
- Line up the notches, push it in, and twist it to the right to lock it.
- Put the cover back on and press the eject button to bring the case back in.
The official FAQ suggests wiping off any oil, or wearing rubber gloves for grip.
The manual warns you not to insert yourself while it's moving.
Mada Namae ga Arimasen comes with a single-use packet of lube, so use it ↓
Before putting Mada Namae ga Arimasen into the A10 Piston SA, squeeze the lube all the way inside — that way it won’t spill. I recommend it.
If you don’t use plenty of lube, the A10 Piston SA gets strained and may make strange motor noises, so be careful.
This isn’t normal use, and it can break the machine, so always use lots of lube.
Personally, I found RENDS’s own lotion easier to use because it’s thicker.
The new +PLUS comes with 50 ml of VORZE Smooth Lotion.
The +PLUS manual warns you not to get lotion anywhere other than the sleeve.
If it overflows onto the machine, wipe it off right away with a dry cloth.

How I Recommend Storing Mada Namae ga Arimasen
Mada Namae ga Arimasen doesn’t come with a storage case.
It just arrives in a small cardboard box.
So my recommended way to store it is to simply leave it set in the A10 Piston SA.
Then it’s ready to go the next time, too.
According to the +PLUS official FAQ, the inner case can be washed with water, but the machine itself is not waterproof.
💡 If you store the sleeve inside the case, dry both the sleeve and the case well before putting them back in the machine.
How Does Mada Namae ga Arimasen Arrive?
It was double-packed, in a black bag and a small box, so it’s unlikely anyone will notice what it is.
Open the bag, and you can put it straight into the A10 Piston SA and use it.
