There are three kinds of A10 Piston SA sleeves:

• α (alpha)
• β (beta)
• The first model

The first model has been discontinued and is no longer sold (as of May 2022).

If you're wondering whether to choose alpha or beta, choose beta (β).

β is the improved version, and it has far more reviews.

The difference between them is whether the material is firmer or softer.

Actually, rather than an official A10 Piston SA sleeve, you'll feel way better if you buy an NLS sleeve called “Mada Namae ga Arimasen” (“No Name Yet”).

My impressions

The A10 Piston SA came with a sleeve called the Clover β. (Since October 1, 2025, NLS says the current +PLUS model comes with the new Sleeve 2.0 Clover instead.)

It's true that the stimulation felt on the weak side.

But for me, this level of stimulation was just right.
