A10 Piston SA Review: My Experience Plus the Good and Bad Reviews
I bought the A10 Piston SA and use it all the time. Here are my real impressions.
My conclusion: rather than wasting money on a cheap electric stroker, pay more and enjoy the A10 Piston SA for years.
It's also a fact that, as of when I wrote this (May 2022), no electric stroker had beaten the A10 Piston SA.
I think it's fair to call the A10 Piston SA the best electric stroker you can sync with VR.
I've read almost every review of the A10 Piston SA on the online stores.
I've picked out the most common bad and good reviews to share with you.
That way you can learn how people rate the A10 Piston SA without reading every review yourself.

The model NLS sells now is the new A10 Piston SA +PLUS.
It replaced the old A10 Piston SA in July 2023, and the old model is no longer listed at NLS.
NLS's price is ¥49,800 (about US$317), and it was in stock (checked on September 24, 2026).
These are the 3 things that changed with the +PLUS:
- A brushless motor, so it's less likely to stop from heat or load
- USB-C charging: a full charge takes about 3 hours, and it can even charge from a mobile battery
- The included sleeve is now the “Sleeve 2.0 Clover” (since October 1, 2025)

[A10 Piston SA] The Bad Points: My Impressions
It's loud
This came up quite a lot in the A10 Piston SA reviews, too.
When I turned the speed up, it felt loud.
In low-speed mode, though, it doesn't feel loud.
Sometimes I worried it might be heard in the next room.
The noise can also keep you from getting absorbed in the video.
The +PLUS is still loud
Among +PLUS buyers, too, the noise is the complaint that stands out most.A few say it got quieter, but they're a small minority.
Assume that even with the new motor, it still makes a fair amount of noise.
Some say the noise jumps sharply once you go up to around speed 4.
To be safe, assume that anyone you live with will notice at medium speed or above.
💡 Some reviewers say that with noise-cancelling earphones or headphones, it didn't bother them.
If you live with family, I recommend sticking to speeds 1–3.

It's big
By far the most common review is “The A10 Piston SA was bigger than I expected.”
Holding it with one hand may be tough.
It's easier to use if you rest it on a desk for support.
The +PLUS weighs about 2.3 kg — a holder makes life easier
According to NLS's specs, the +PLUS is 36.2 cm long, 17.0 cm wide and 14.2 cm tall.It weighs 2,292 g (without the sleeve).
The box is smaller than the old model's, but I often see posts on X from people surprised at how big the machine is when it arrives.
A great many buyers recommend a holder such as an arm stand.
Some also point out that it can't stand upright, because the back end is rounded.
💡 Decide where it will go and how you'll hold it before you buy — that saves a lot of trial and error.
Many reviewers use the +PLUS with an arm stand; NLS sells the VORZE Arm Stand for ¥11,880 (checked on September 24, 2026).

The sleeve is cold
This goes for any sleeve, but the sleeve is cold.
It's no exaggeration to say it cuts the realism of VR in half.
A device that warms the sleeve beforehand solves this.
If you want to enjoy the A10 Piston SA's realism 100%, I recommend buying one.
Cleaning up afterwards is a hassle
If you read this article on how to use it step by step, including cleanup, I think the flow will be easy to follow.

But even with an ordinary sleeve, washing and drying it is the biggest chore anyway.
With the A10 Piston SA, after washing the sleeve you just charge the machine, so it isn't that much extra work.
On the +PLUS, the sleeve case is stiff
On the +PLUS, you open the inner case (the inner cup) to fit the sleeve.Several reviewers say the case is stiff and hard to turn while it's new, and that it's hard to tell whether it has locked.
On X, one person posted that the case wouldn't turn, so they couldn't even take out the first sleeve.
One review blames the factory oil on a new unit, which makes your hands slip.
The official sleeves can't be turned inside out, so washing them takes a little time.
💡 The first time you open it, wipe the oil off with a towel or wear non-slip gloves.
Personally, I've stopped using my A10 Cyclone SA and use the A10 Piston instead.
With the rotating motion, it heats up and becomes unusable unless you keep adding lotion, so I have to take off my VR headset every time, mid-sync — what a pain…
If you want something to use for a long time, the A10 Piston SA wins hands down!
[A10 Piston SA] The Good Points: My Impressions
The low-speed mode is irresistible
It isn't a strong stimulation, but the way it clings to you is irresistible.
It feels like being licked all over and milked by a blowjob with total devotion — words can't describe it.
Well, this movement may be something a real person couldn't actually do.
The only problem is that I can't last at all and finish right away…
It's a perfect match for VR

The sync is very accurate
Before I bought the A10 Piston SA, I assumed the sync would be rough and sloppy.
But once I had it, I was amazed at how realistically the movement matched the video.
The length of each stroke follows the actress's movements perfectly.
Because it's a piston motion, it syncs properly with blowjob scenes, too.
The +PLUS moves more smoothly while synced
According to NLS, the +PLUS no longer lags and moves more crisply, so VR sync feels tighter.Reviewers who upgraded from the old model also say the sync is less jerky.

💡 If the sync doesn't feel right, try running it with the machine's own modes and speeds.
Some reviewers even say manual control feels better than sync.

There are quite a few bad reviews of the rotating motion, too, so know those before you decide.
Syncing is very easy
I thought connecting the A10 Piston SA over Bluetooth would be much more of a hassle.
It works just like connecting Bluetooth earbuds to your phone.
Beginners may feel nervous about connecting it, but don't worry — it's easy to connect.
Phone control and PC sync on the +PLUS: what to watch out for
The official phone app, VORZE Controller, supports the +PLUS on Android only.For iPhone, NLS explains how to use BLE ToyBox, an app that isn't made by VORZE.
No wireless adapter is included for syncing with a PC.
Also, it switches itself off after 30 seconds without any input.
Some find that annoying, because it turns off while they're still trying to connect.
💡 When you control it from your phone, it's safest to keep the control screen open.

The sync never drops
I wondered whether the sync might cut out in the middle of a video, but that never happened.
Once it's synced, it stays synced.
On the flip side, when I tested it, pressing the button wouldn't stop it once it was synced — but pausing the VR video stops the machine, so that solves it.
My Impressions of the Sleeves
The Clover β sleeve comes with the machine, so don't buy it separately.
Since October 1, 2025, the sleeve that comes with the machine has been the Sleeve 2.0 Clover.
It succeeds the Clover β, and its firmness is between the α and β versions.
The 2.0 line comes in 4 types — Clover, Steel, Last and Bell — and each is ¥2,970 at NLS.
If you buy the machine now, the 2.0 Clover is included, so there's no need to buy it separately.
The older Rock α, Rock β, Hologram α, Swarm α and Triple G β sleeves are on sale for ¥1,925 (checked on September 24, 2026).
Some reviews said it's too weak, but I'm happy with it.
This sleeve alone could keep me satisfied.
It's true the stimulation is on the gentle, relaxed side.
After 3 months of use, it doesn't feel sticky.

It's big
The review everyone agrees on is that it's big.
Many people feel it's heavier and bigger than they expected.
Apparently people feel this even when they already knew roughly how big it is.
That also means it's heavy.
So you have less freedom of movement.
At first, you may struggle to find the right spot for it.
But once it's set up, you rarely need to move it, so it's not a problem.
And it's precisely because it's this big that it can have enough torque to keep moving even in low-speed mode.
The included sleeve isn't stimulating enough
Lots of people complain about the sleeve that comes with it.
Some reviews say it's like a gentle blowjob — too weak to make them finish.
One review said it feels better if you put the sleeve on your penis so that no air gets in.
First, insert your penis into the sleeve without setting it in the A10 Piston SA.
With the air pushed out, insert your penis and then set the sleeve in the A10 Piston SA.
That makes the stimulation much stronger.
I prefer less stimulation, so it wasn't a problem for me.
If you like strong stimulation, it's better to buy another sleeve from the start.
Even with the +PLUS, reviewers call the included sleeve “gentle”

It stops if your penis is thick
It's true that it sometimes stops in low-speed mode.
But this isn't a fault.
With plenty of lotion, it should keep moving without stopping.
I think the cause is not enough lotion, rather than the size of your penis.
The +PLUS stalls less — but its covers come off easily
According to NLS, the old model could stop because of girth, too little lotion, or heat under a blanket.The +PLUS switched to a brushless motor, so it no longer stops easily under load.
Reviews back this up: some say it keeps going to the end even if you're thick.
A few, though, say it paused for a moment at the lowest speed.
What stands out with the +PLUS are reports that the machine's covers (the upper frame and the entrance cap) come off easily.
One reviewer says using more lotion made them come off less.
💡 If a cover comes off or the machine stops, first try adding lotion.

Update (September 2026): The +PLUS Can't Be Used While Charging
NLS's specs say it runs for about 120 minutes on a charge, but some say the battery ran out sooner than they expected.
Others say it stopped working after a few uses, or was faulty on arrival.
In the faulty-on-arrival case, the reviewer says that after contacting support again, it was fixed for free.
The reviews mention a 3-month warranty.
💡 When it arrives, charge it fully right away and try all its functions.
If it won't charge, keep using the included cable but try a different charger (3 A or more); if that still doesn't work, contact VORZE.
[A10 Piston SA] Top 3 Good Reviews from Other Users
It strokes properly even in low-speed mode
Many reviews say the A10 Piston SA keeps moving properly even in low-speed mode.
Cheap electric strokers sometimes stall in low-speed mode.
Everyone says this, without exception.
The rail-position mechanism, which cheap electric strokers don't have, is what makes the low-speed mode possible.
The +PLUS has a stroke of about 8 cm
NLS measured the +PLUS's stroke at about 8 cm.The lower-end A10 Piston BASIC is about 5 cm, so that's about 3 cm longer.
You can choose from 7 movement patterns and 7 speeds.
+PLUS reviewers, too, say the low speeds are the best.
💡 Start slowly at speeds 1–3.
The piston feels better than rotation
There are definitely some people for whom the rotating motion of the A10 Cyclone doesn't work.

Once it's set up your hands are free, and one review says they use those hands to play with a silicone breast.
