I bought the A10 Piston SA and use it all the time. Here are my real impressions.

My conclusion: rather than wasting money on a cheap electric stroker, pay more and enjoy the A10 Piston SA for years.

It's also a fact that, as of when I wrote this (May 2022), no electric stroker had beaten the A10 Piston SA.

I think it's fair to call the A10 Piston SA the best electric stroker you can sync with VR.

[A10 Piston SA] The Bad Points: My Impressions

It's loud

This came up quite a lot in the A10 Piston SA reviews, too.

When I turned the speed up, it felt loud.

In low-speed mode, though, it doesn't feel loud.

Sometimes I worried it might be heard in the next room.

The noise can also keep you from getting absorbed in the video.

It's big

The A10 Piston SA with its Clover beta sleeve and a SKYWORTH 4D PRO-802 VR headset

By far the most common review is “The A10 Piston SA was bigger than I expected.”

Holding it with one hand may be tough.

It's easier to use if you rest it on a desk for support.

The sleeve is cold

This goes for any sleeve, but the sleeve is cold.

It's no exaggeration to say it cuts the realism of VR in half.

A device that warms the sleeve beforehand solves this.

If you want to enjoy the A10 Piston SA's realism 100%, I recommend buying one.

Cleaning up afterwards is a hassle

But even with an ordinary sleeve, washing and drying it is the biggest chore anyway.

With the A10 Piston SA, after washing the sleeve you just charge the machine, so it isn't that much extra work.

Personally, I've stopped using my A10 Cyclone SA and use the A10 Piston instead.

With the rotating motion, it heats up and becomes unusable unless you keep adding lotion, so I have to take off my VR headset every time, mid-sync — what a pain…

[A10 Piston SA] The Good Points: My Impressions

The low-speed mode is irresistible

It isn't a strong stimulation, but the way it clings to you is irresistible.

The sync is very accurate

Before I bought the A10 Piston SA, I assumed the sync would be rough and sloppy.

But once I had it, I was amazed at how realistically the movement matched the video.

The length of each stroke follows the actress's movements perfectly.

Because it's a piston motion, it syncs properly with blowjob scenes, too.

The A10 Cyclone, by comparison, rotates sideways, so the sync feels less accurate.

There are quite a few bad reviews of the rotating motion, too, so know those before you decide.

Syncing is very easy

I thought connecting the A10 Piston SA over Bluetooth would be much more of a hassle.

It works just like connecting Bluetooth earbuds to your phone.

Beginners may feel nervous about connecting it, but don't worry — it's easy to connect.

The sync never drops

I wondered whether the sync might cut out in the middle of a video, but that never happened.

Once it's synced, it stays synced.

On the flip side, when I tested it, pressing the button wouldn't stop it once it was synced — but pausing the VR video stops the machine, so that solves it.

My Impressions of the Sleeves

The Clover β sleeve comes with the machine, so don't buy it separately. (Since October 1, 2025, NLS says the current +PLUS model comes with the new Sleeve 2.0 Clover instead.)

Some reviews said it's too weak, but I'm happy with it.

This sleeve alone could keep me satisfied.

It's true the stimulation is on the gentle, relaxed side.

After 3 months of use, it doesn't feel sticky.

It's big

The review everyone agrees on is that it's big.

Many people feel it's heavier and bigger than they expected.

Apparently people feel this even when they already knew roughly how big it is.

That also means it's heavy.

So you have less freedom of movement.

At first, you may struggle to find the right spot for it.

But once it's set up, you rarely need to move it, so it's not a problem.

And it's precisely because it's this big that it can have enough torque to keep moving even in low-speed mode.

The included sleeve isn't stimulating enough

Lots of people complain about the sleeve that comes with it.

Some reviews say it's like a gentle blowjob — too weak to make them finish.

One review said it feels better if you put the sleeve on your penis so that no air gets in.

First, insert your penis into the sleeve without setting it in the A10 Piston SA.

With the air pushed out, insert your penis and then set the sleeve in the A10 Piston SA.

That makes the stimulation much stronger.

I prefer less stimulation, so it wasn't a problem for me.

It strokes properly even in low-speed mode

Many reviews say the A10 Piston SA keeps moving properly even in low-speed mode.

Cheap electric strokers sometimes stall in low-speed mode.

Everyone says this, without exception.

The rail-position mechanism, which cheap electric strokers don't have, is what makes the low-speed mode possible.

The piston feels better than rotation

There are definitely some people for whom the rotating motion of the A10 Cyclone doesn't work.
