When I wrote this in 2022, if you wanted a stroker that synced with adult videos, those were really the only two choices. (As of September 2026, Adult Festa's list of supported toys also includes the ROCKET series.)
Choose carefully so you don't regret it.

Buy on impulse and you may waste your money.

Here's my comparison of the A10 Piston and the A10 Cyclone SA:
3 Upsides of the Synchro Onahole
[1] Lots of works that sync with voice audio
Among the works that sync with the Synchro Onahole there are also voice (audio) works, and they're very popular.
When I checked in September 2022, audio works were ranked #1 and #3 among the newest releases.
It's only a voice, but if you have a favorite voice actress, it's very tempting.
[2] Easy cleanup
The Synchro Onahole has a simple build, so compared with the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS cleanup after use is really easy.
To be fair, the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS sleeve can be turned inside out, so it's pretty easy too.
The A10 Piston's sleeve can't be turned inside out, so washing it is a pain.
[3] It's small
The Synchro Onahole is small enough to hold in one hand.
The A10 Cyclone SA PLUS is much bigger — about the size of a 1.5-liter bottle, which is just barely manageable in one hand.
7 Downsides of the Synchro Onahole
[1] It can't sync with a VR headset
The biggest downside of the Synchro Onahole is that you can't watch its videos in a VR headset (as of September 2022).
If you've never watched adult videos in a VR headset, you should try it right now.
For me, it was as big a shock as switching from a flip phone to a smartphone.
The strokers that sync with those adult VR videos are the A10 Piston and the A10 Cyclone SA. (As of September 2026, Adult Festa's current app, 4DMEDIAPLAYER+, still lists the Piston SA and Cyclone SA as supported, along with other toys such as the ROCKET series.)
Nowadays there are strokers that sync with VR headsets — it would be a shame not to try one.
[2] Many reviews say the app keeps dropping the sync or won't sync at all
Here are some of the “can't connect” reviews left for Synchro Plus, the syncing app.
- It won't connect over Bluetooth
- Bluetooth keeps dropping, and then it says the battery is empty.
- It basically can't pair with Bluetooth at all
- The connection drops right away. It's just more junk.
- It connected once at first, but once it dropped it never found the device again — feels like a scam product
These “can't connect” reviews date from 2020 and were still appearing in 2022, so it seems the Synchro Onahole's connection problems haven't been fixed (as of September 2022).
There were about 10 reviews saying the same thing, so there are probably many more people having the same problem who never wrote a review.
On Amazon Japan, too, many reviews said the Bluetooth connection drops.
For a stroker whose whole selling point is syncing, not being able to sync is a fatal flaw, don't you think?
One reviewer said “pairing worked when I used Android 7,” so if you've already bought one, it may be worth a try.
[3] Many reviews say it breaks
Looking at the Synchro Onahole's reviews on Amazon Japan, lots of people say theirs broke.
Here's one of them.
It feels good, but after only a few uses the motor started turning badly.
Did they even test this properly?
Would I buy it again? Honestly, I'm not sure…
By contrast, I rarely hear about breakdowns with the A10 Cyclone SA and its siblings.
To put it bluntly, the Synchro feels more cheaply made than the A10 series.
If that's the case, I think you're better off buying the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS.
[4] There aren't many videos
The biggest problem with having so few videos is that you may not find your favorite adult video actress.
If you can't find videos you like, you end up using it without syncing.
The A10 Cyclone SA is very popular, so adult video studios will surely want to make more videos that sync with it.
In the end, the number of videos grows with the size of the market, and the A10 series is the popular one — so this gap in video numbers will most likely keep getting bigger over time.
[5] Few types of dedicated sleeves
There are only 2 types of dedicated sleeves for the Synchro Onahole, so you can't really adjust how it feels.
It's no exaggeration to say that how good a powered stroker feels depends on the sleeve you put in it.
The bumpy sleeve that came with my A10 Cyclone SA PLUS didn't feel good at all.
But when I bought a well-reviewed sleeve from the more than 10 types available, it felt dramatically better.

[6] The videos are expensive
Compared with Adult Festa, where the videos for the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS are sold, the videos for the Synchro Onahole cost more.
One video is split into several parts and sold separately, and some parts cost as little as ¥400.
But buy all 5 parts of one video and it can add up to ¥2,000 (prices as of September 2022).
On Adult Festa, videos are rarely split up, and you can often buy a whole video for under ¥1,000.
Comparing the same synced title, a video I could buy for ¥1,500 on Adult Festa was split into parts on the Synchro site, so I'd have had to pay ¥3,000 for the whole thing (September 2022) ↓↓
[7] You can only watch the videos on a smartphone
The Synchro Onahole's videos only play in its smartphone app, so you're stuck with a small screen (as of September 2022).
With a tablet you can at least enjoy a slightly bigger screen.
Adult Festa's videos for the A10 Cyclone SA PLUS, on the other hand, can also be played on a big screen such as a PC (still true as of September 2026: Adult Festa's official guide explains playback and syncing with the PC version of 4DMEDIAPLAYER).

The site hardly shows up in search results, so if you buy on a PC, I recommend bookmarking it.
You can also get there by opening the Synchro Plus app on your phone and tapping the “Synchro official site” banner at the bottom, but it's a hassle ↓↓

[2] Install the Synchro Onahole app and sync the video
I'll show it with Google Play, but it's almost the same on the App Store. Search for “Synchro Hole” (in Japanese). Note: as of September 2026, Love Cosme's official product page says the Synchro Android app temporarily can't be installed from Google Play, with no date given for when that will be fixed.
Open the Synchro Plus app.
Log in with the same ID you used to buy the video, and your purchases will show up in the app too.
Tap Library ↓↓
Your purchased videos appear. Pick the one you want to watch and tap the download button.
Before the video starts, choose Manual, Auto, or video only.
To sync automatically, choose “Auto.”
When it asks “Pair with the device?”, switch on the Synchro and tap “Yes” — that's it, it's synced.
If pairing doesn't work, you'll see “Pairing failed.”
My Review of the Synchro Onahole's Video App
I compared it with Adult Festa, the video site that syncs with the A10 Piston.
The app itself felt light and fast.
It's also handy that remote control of the Synchro and the video player are in one app.
But the official Synchro video site made videos hard to find.
And for some reason, getting from the app to the video store goes through Twitter first, which is really annoying.
Like on Adult Festa, it's much easier to look for your favorite adult videos on a big PC screen.
Finding synced videos of your favorite actresses in the Synchro app is the heart of owning a synced stroker.
If that part is hard to use, it's a real pain.
Where Can You Buy the Synchro Onahole for the Lowest Price? (2023)
I checked whether well-known Japanese adult shops sell the Synchro Onahole (in 2023).

When I checked in 2023, the Synchro official site was the cheapest place to buy it. As of September 2026, that shop (synchro-shop.jp) has closed: it shut down on June 5, 2026, and its notice points buyers and inquiries to the Love Cosme official site instead.
On Amazon, the fee the maker pays is simply added to the price, so it costs more.
If you ever need a return, buying from the official site, where you could reach them by chat or phone, is probably safer too (since June 2026, that means the Love Cosme official site).
The official site sometimes ran time-limited sales, and you could occasionally get it for more than ¥2,000 off (2023).
The official site also ran limited-time campaigns like this one (March 2023).
Even if you're thinking of buying on Amazon Japan, you'll lose money that way, so I recommend always checking the official site first.
Is It Risky to Buy the Synchro Onahole on Amazon Japan?
It costs more than on the official site, so I don't recommend it in the first place.
With an Amazon box, a family member might think the parcel is theirs and open it.
Is the Synchro Onahole Sold on Rakuten?
I searched Rakuten (a big Japanese marketplace) for “Synchro Hole” and “Synchro Onahole” (in Japanese) and got the same results both times, shown below.
I also tried “Synchro” and “Onahole” as two separate words, but the product still didn't come up.
Conclusion: the Synchro Onahole is not sold on Rakuten (as of 2023).
How to Buy Replacement Sleeves for the Synchro Onahole
Replacement sleeves for the Synchro Onahole were sold on the official site and on Amazon Japan (2023). As of September 2026, the standard replacement sleeve is still sold on the Love Cosme official site.
However, Amazon only had one of the two types of dedicated sleeves.

The official site was cheaper (prices as of 2023; the official price was still ¥2,145 in September 2026).
