U.F.O. TW Review: The Downsides, the Noise, and My Honest Verdict
I'm someone who never had much interest in nipple play — before this, I almost never touched my nipples at all. These are my honest impressions after actually using the U.F.O. TW.
It does have real downsides, so if you haven't bought one yet, please read this before you do.

The Downsides of the U.F.O. TW
It won't sync with my SKYWORTH PRO VR headset
My own VR headset, the SKYWORTH PRO, would not sync with the U.F.O. TW.
It does work with DPVR headsets. As of September 2026, Adult Festa's setup page still lists the SKYWORTH-4D S801 and Pro-802 as unsupported, while the DPVR-4D and DPVR-4D Pro are supported.

There aren't many synced videos
When I wrote this in March 2023, only about 80 titles on Adult Festa (a Japanese VR video site) could sync with the U.F.O. TW. That's a real weakness.
Fans have also made CSV files that sync the U.F.O. TW to audio works, which widens what you can enjoy a lot.
The U.F.O. TW has been selling well, so Adult Festa may add more synced titles once they see the demand.
You can also buy nipple-play videos on FANZA (Japan's biggest adult video store) and simply enjoy them without syncing.
If you don't plan to sync at all, the cheaper U.F.O. MOBILE (¥15,620 (about US$99)) is an option too — but it's popular, and it was often sold out when I was shopping.
The two cups can't move differently
At first I assumed the U.F.O. TW could move the left and right cups independently. It can't — by design, both cups always make the same movement.
So even when the video shows only the left nipple being teased, the right cup moves too. That takes away some of the realism.
With videos where two partners work on both nipples at once, it's not a problem at all — so I've learned to live with it.
It's a bit of a hassle, but I did find a way to make the two cups move differently. I explain it in this article:
The battery only lasts about 60 minutes
With only about an hour of battery, I kept thinking “When is it going to die?” and caught myself rushing: “I have to finish before it runs out!”
A full charge takes about 2.5 hours (per VORZE's spec sheet), and if it dies mid-session the mood is gone, so keep an eye on it.
Making it last longer than 60 minutes would mean bigger, heavier cups, so…
…I guess that's the price of keeping them light.
The ultra-slow mode needs the app
The built-in patterns include slower movements, but with the buttons on the cups alone I couldn't get the ultra-slow mode I describe below.
When I first wrote this, the app was Android-only, which was a real downside for iPhone users. That has changed: according to VORZE's spec page (checked September 2026), the U.F.O. TW now works on iPhone too, through the BleToyBox app.
The Upsides of the U.F.O. TW
A completely new sensation
Syncing the U.F.O. TW with a VR headset really felt like a woman was licking me all over. As someone who loves being teased by several partners at once, it suited me perfectly.
Plenty of the VR videos that sync with the U.F.O. TW feature several women at once, too. I stroked myself at the same time and finished hard.
Using it with DLsite audio works is dangerously good
It might even beat VR… I had no idea audio alone could turn me on this much.
With someone licking my ears while my nipples are being teased, I finish almost instantly.
There's a huge range of audio works you can use with the U.F.O. TW — I've ended up buying audio works that cost more than Adult Festa videos.
They felt great synced with the A10 Cyclone, too.
That said, driving the U.F.O. TW with CSV files is a bit of a hassle.

The slow mode feels amazing
The low-speed motor is the U.F.O. TW's biggest selling point. Its slow, random movement really feels like a real tongue.
That's something cheap toys just can't do.
This alone makes it worth buying, even at this price.
Cleanup is easy
Cleanup is much easier than with the A10 Piston or A10 Cyclone. It isn't a closed sleeve like an onahole, so it's easy to wash.
Having no cables like the U.F.O. SA also makes cleanup easier, and you can simply rinse it under the tap (VORZE rates it IPX5 waterproof).
It's less likely to break
With no cables, it's far less likely to break than the U.F.O. SA.
On the U.F.O. SA, the cable often got damaged when a cup slid off my chest.
Because the two cups on the TW are separate, they're easier to handle, too.

Unboxing the U.F.O. TW!

I asked for delivery to my parcel locker without ringing the doorbell. If you request it when ordering from NLS, they'll also add a discreet “privacy” sticker.
↓↓ Check that the box is properly sealed in its plastic wrap.
If the wrap is missing, the box may have been opened before.
When I bought mine, NLS was the only place selling the U.F.O. TW (as of September 2026, Adult Festa also sells it in a set with a VR video). If you ever buy from a site you don't know, make sure the box has the “RENDS” hologram seal.

↓ The lotion is 50 ml, so it should last about 10 sessions.
At the time, adding a bigger bottle of lotion to my U.F.O. TW order got me free shipping, so I'd recommend buying one together.
VORZE Smooth Lotion
There was a user guide, but no warranty card. Don't worry about that: VORZE's support page says the U.F.O. TW is covered for 3 months from the purchase date even without a warranty card, as long as you can show proof of purchase (the warranty is valid in Japan only, and second-hand units aren't covered).
It comes with a plug attachment for use outside Japan — handy if you live abroad.
Two types of attachments come in the box.
You get two of each type, and you can even put a different attachment on each cup.
How Loud Is the U.F.O. TW?
At maximum power on a quiet night, you might notice the motor a little. But it's quieter than a rotor or vibrator, so I don't think you need to worry much.
Surprisingly, it couldn't be heard in the next room. When it's synced to videos, the movements are rarely that intense, so noise isn't really an issue.
Headphones also make it easier to lose yourself in the scene, which gets me even more excited.

Is the U.F.O. TW's Material Soft?
It's made of very soft material, so it sticks to your chest easily. Its suction is stronger than the older U.F.O. SA, so it falls off less often.
It's tough, too — even rough handling hasn't torn it.
However, the suction does seem to weaken over time. Wipe it with water regularly to keep it sticking well.
Even with a sports bra (supporter) on, the cups won't reach your nipples if the suction is weak.
