What Is the A10 SA Series?
The A10 Piston SA and the A10 Cyclone SA are the upgraded versions of the older A10 Piston and A10 Cyclone.
Current models vs. the old ones
In July 2023, the A10 Piston SA was replaced by a new model, the A10 Piston SA +PLUS.These are the models you can buy at NLS (as of September 25, 2026):

When I wrote this in June 2022, the old A10 Cyclone was still on sale.
“SA” stands for “stand-alone,” and the SA models sync with the adult videos on Adult Festa (a Japanese VR video site).
There's also the A10 Piston Basic, but it doesn't sync with videos, so if you're going to buy one anyway, I recommend the A10 Piston SA, which does.
The Basic can't sync, but it runs smoothly and firmly at low speed, so it still has loyal fans.
The A10 Piston BASIC is made by RENDS, not VORZE.
By NLS's own measurements, the stroke (how far it moves back and forth) is about 8 cm on the A10 Piston SA +PLUS and about 5 cm on the A10 Piston BASIC.

In June 2022, the A10 Cyclone SA was out of stock for a long time and hard to get.
That's no longer the case: as the table above shows, the current A10 Cyclone SA +PLUS is in stock at NLS (as of September 25, 2026).
The big difference is piston (in-and-out) motion versus sideways rotation.
Rotation is a matter of taste, so if you want the safe choice, I recommend the A10 Piston SA.

What Is the A10 Piston SA Really Like?
My A10 Piston SA review, plus a roundup of good and bad reviews
I tried the A10 Piston SA myself and explain what I liked and didn't like.
It feels amazing, but it does come with some downsides, so if you want real-world reviews, please take a look.
I didn't expect it to sync this closely with VR videos, and I was amazed.
I especially recommend it if you have a favorite actress.
You'll probably end up using it every night and blowing money on lots of videos from Adult Festa (lol).
In September 2026, I went back through what people say about the +PLUS on X (formerly Twitter).
Many posts say the unit that arrived was bigger than they expected.
One post said that even the included sleeve feels great, with movements your hand can't reproduce.
On the other hand, some say it wasn't what they imagined and they hardly use it anymore.
One person posted that on the second day they had a pain like a bruise, not chafing.
💡 Start at low speed for short sessions, and check that it suits your body.

Is the A10 stroker loud? 5 ways to deal with it
Lots of people worry about how loud the A10 Piston SA is.
Some are bothered by the noise themselves, and some worry their family will find out.
I've written up lots of noise fixes, so to get 120% out of your A10 Piston SA, be sure to read this article.
Just wearing noise-cancelling headphones makes a big difference, so give it a try.
Even with the +PLUS's new motor, many reviews still say it's loud.
Neither VORZE nor NLS gives a noise level in decibels.
Many say the lower-end BASIC is quiet, but some say it can be heard in the next room at higher speeds.

It's hard to know which VR headset to buy, isn't it…
Read this article and you'll know right away.
Even on Adult Festa, the syncing steps are pretty confusing, so I explain them with screenshots. (As of September 2026, Adult Festa's current app is 4DMEDIAPLAYER+, on Google Play and the App Store, and it still lists the Piston SA as a supported toy.)
Honestly, if you're not going to enjoy the A10 Piston SA with a VR headset, there's no point in owning one.
It would be a total waste.
Be sure to get a VR headset and some synced videos from Adult Festa.

To sync, you need an Adult Festa (LPEG POINT) account.
One account can connect one PC and one smartphone.
To connect from a PC, use its built-in Bluetooth or an ordinary Bluetooth adapter.
VORZE's dedicated wireless adapter has been discontinued at NLS (as of September 25, 2026).

Using the A10 Piston SA from start to finish, and how the buttons work
Even if you're about to buy an A10 Piston SA, it's hard to picture what actually using it is like.
I've laid out how to use it in order, from before to after, so it's easy to picture.
Imagine how it would fit into your own lifestyle.
Cleanup afterward is surprisingly easy, too, so it's worth knowing that part before you decide to buy.
The +PLUS changed four things about using it compared with the old model (per the official manual):
- It charges over USB-C in about 3 hours and runs for about 2 hours straight
- It doesn't run while charging
- It switches off automatically after 30 seconds without any input
- The unit isn't waterproof; only the dedicated sleeve and the inner case can be washed with water

How to mount the A10 Piston SA: the Den-Ona Holder and the Stand Basic
The A10 Piston SA is pretty big.
So if you use it without learning how to keep your hands off it, it only feels half as good.
I explain how I've kept my A10 Piston SA in place through a lot of trial and error.
There are mounts for it, too — the Den-Ona Holder that NLS developed is cheap, so get one; I'd call a mount an essential item.
The Den-Ona Holder I recommended is not scheduled to be restocked at NLS (as of September 25, 2026).

[Intense] The top 3 most popular A10 Piston SA sleeves
You can get bored with the dedicated sleeve.
Different dedicated sleeves give completely different sensations.
Many people find they start to prefer a stronger feel from their A10 stroker.
When that happens, spice things up with a new dedicated sleeve from NLS, an adult goods online store that had been in business for 22 years when I wrote this — back in 2022, one cost just ¥2,500.
Since October 2025, the dedicated sleeves are the four “Sleeve 2.0” types (Clover, Steel, Last and Bell).
NLS sells each one for ¥2,970, and the old series is on sale for ¥1,925 (checked September 25, 2026).
The popular Steel β, Wind β and Sucker β have been discontinued.

How to mod the A10 Piston SA
Modding is strictly at your own risk, but if you feel you're getting bored, it's worth trying for a bit of spice.
Mostly, it means using a different onahole (stroker sleeve) instead of the dedicated A10 Piston SA sleeve.
If you feel the stimulation is weak, give it a try.
The +PLUS manual prohibits taking the unit apart or modifying it yourself.
Faults caused by modifications are not covered by the 3-month warranty.
On X, someone also posted that their modded sleeve broke right away.
💡 If you try it, leave the unit itself alone and only swap the sleeve.

Where to Buy the A10 Piston
Buy the A10 stroker from the wrong online shop and you can lose ¥10,000 or more (June 2022).
Buy the A10 Piston SA from the shop with the lowest price.

The lowest price is at NLS, an adult goods online store in business for 22 years (June 2022).
You can also buy the A10 series, the official lotion and the dedicated sleeves at the lowest prices there.
NLS is on good terms with VORZE, the maker of the A10 series, so you can buy with confidence.
It was probably the No. 1 shop for A10 sales in 2022, so another plus is that they respond smoothly if something breaks.
I recommend buying from NLS, the official store.
NLS exchanges defective or wrongly shipped items after checking them.
However, apart from initial defects and similar cases, you can't return or exchange an item for your own reasons once you've ordered.
Check the product name and your order details before you order.

[A10 stroker] You lose ¥10,000 on Amazon Japan! Is it sold on Rakuten?
Know that buying on Amazon Japan comes with risks.
That's because scams by shops based in China and elsewhere are common.
Amazon itself warned that “there are scams that promise big point rewards and then never deliver the product” (June 2022).
Your personal information can also be stolen, so be careful with emails about mis-delivered parcels and the like.
If you want to buy safely, NLS is the only choice.
Besides, the A10 strokers sold on Amazon Japan were often about ¥6,000 more expensive (June 2022).
Amazon Japan still has listings for the +PLUS and the BASIC (I couldn't check today's prices because of the age-verification screen).
Some listings are labelled “no-brand item” or “tested and working.”
Second-hand and handed-down units are not covered by VORZE's warranty.
Avoid suspiciously cheap listings and listings that promise huge amounts of points.
They weren't sold on Rakuten (June 2022).
When I searched Rakuten normally in September 2026, I couldn't find the A10 Piston itself.
But adult products sometimes don't show up in normal search results, so I can't say for sure it isn't sold there.

[A10 stroker] Buying used? 5 risks of auctions
They did sometimes show up on Yahoo! Auctions and Mercari (Japanese auction and flea-market sites) in 2022.
But be careful: there's a risk of sexually transmitted infections.
If a used A10 Piston SA comes with its dedicated sleeve, never use that sleeve.
Buy a new one separately from NLS at the lowest price.
As with the Amazon listings, second-hand and handed-down units aren't covered by VORZE's warranty.
The old A10 Piston SA is not eligible even for paid repairs.
The charging cable for the old model has also been discontinued at NLS (as of September 25, 2026).
If repairs after purchase matter to you, I recommend a new A10 Piston SA +PLUS from NLS, the official store.
Remember that Mercari bans adult goods, and Yahoo! Auctions bans used adult goods (rules checked September 2026), so if anything goes wrong, don't expect the site to help you.

Does the A10 Piston SA have a warranty? What to do if it breaks
The A10 Piston SA has no warranty.
Today's +PLUS has a 3-month warranty
According to VORZE, the +PLUS has a 3-month warranty from the purchase date.You don't need a warranty card, but you do need a receipt or other proof of the purchase date.
After the warranty ends, you can still request a paid repair for a USB-C +PLUS.
For the BASIC, RENDS's official contact form handles warranty and repair requests.
💡 Keep your receipt, delivery slip or anything else that shows the purchase date.
Back then, the A10 Cyclone had a warranty and the old A10 Piston SA didn't.
So with the old A10 Piston SA, it's important to try fixing problems yourself first.
